We understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery and always endeavour to deliver your Krena gift box as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However, as we use a number of delivery carriers, delays out of our control may result in your Gift Box being delivered later than scheduled. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order or offer a refund on orders due to late delivery time.

In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at [email protected] and we will follow up.

Please note: Orders returned to Krena Corp due to incorrect address, failure to collect or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-delivery fee.
