Refund and Returns Policy

Products may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or damaged. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Faulty orders will be refunded if the correct process (outlined below) is undertaken.

If product is found to be faulty, we must be notified via email within 7 days with the invoice number and detail of the faulty product/s.


We reserve the right to accept or reject any order made through our website, for any reason including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, errors with payment processing, there are errors in the price or description of products you are trying to purchase or there is the possibility of fraud.

If you order a product on the weekend we will deliver on the next working day.
